IBISCHK700 parser development:
Bob Ross said software had been sent to us by DropBox for evaluation. Bob downloaded
the files. He will upload them to our temporary transfer account, and Mike LaBonte
will run tests.

AR: Bob Ross to upload IBISCHK700 files to our temporary transfer account.
AR: Mike LaBonte to test initial IBISCHK700 software

Bob said the new parser trapped a pin in the BIRD189.7 example testcase with an error.
The pin model name was NC but it was connected to an interconnect model terminal.
This will be changed from an error to a caution. Mike LaBonte said this might be a
common case, since packages have all pins and therefore package models would have all
pins, even if the chip does not connect to a pin or provide a signal. Developer Atul
Agarwal had asked good questions about that and other issues, which Bob had answered.
The download included only ibischk7_64.exe and a set of new regression test files.
No source code has been sent yet. Bob said we were only day behind schedule.

IBISCHK7 source code license:
Bob Ross said four companies responded to inquiries. Two had requested invoices to
purchase the parser source. Others needed more time to review the license. Some will pay
only after receiving the code. Eleven companies have been contacted in total. Bob noted
that the year 2019 is pre-printed in the signature area of the license agreement. That
should be deleted.

New IBISCHK bugs:
No new bugs.

IBIS-ISS parser:
No discussion.

Bob Ross moved to adjourn. Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.

Meeting ended: 11:55 ET
